The Snowmass Villas Condominium Association (HOA), like most condominium complexes, is governed by a representative Board. The HOA Board consists of 3-7 owners from among the 28 owners in the Villas. The Board is set in place to administrate the affairs of the association and oversee the operation and maintenance of the Project.
